The ten hectares of vineyards which make up the FERRO CARLO estate are situated in one of the most famous winegrowing areas, thanks to its soil, position and microclimate, in the borough of Agliano Terme, set between the Langhe and Monferrato districts, at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level.
This family-run winery has carefully and passionately cultivated its vineyards of Barbera, Dolcetto and Grignolino grapes for more than three generations. Wile continuing to observe traditional winemaking techniques, the winery adheres to the Agro- environmental Ecologically Controlled programme, thus obtaining genuine products of great qualitative prestige.
The vinifications of the grapes, which are all harvested in estate-owned vineyards enjoying southerly exposure, is meticulously and carefully performed in the cellars of the winery which, in order to satisfy an increasingly attentive and demanding market, selects the best grapes cultivated in the most suitable areas to make its wines.
